Thurs 4th – Mon 8th Oct 2018

Loch Lomond is one of the scenic jewels of Scotland and we are offering an authentic Scottish experience.
During your stay you are based in a wonderful guest house in Balmaha on the eastern edge of the loch.

After arriving on Thursday you will be met by your guide and introduced to other members of the group (6-8 guests max).

Friday – Conic Hill           6.5km circular route via Burn of Mar      3-4 hours
Stunning views over Loch Lomond, the Arrochar Alps and Ben Lomond.

Saturday – Cashel Forest      6.5km                                                       3.5-4 hours
Steep uphill walk, not for the fainthearted. The views from Queen’s Point alone are worth it.

Sunday – Balmaha to Rowardennan      12km                                      4+ hours
Remote natural beauty along the eastern shores of Loch Lomond.

Monday – Balmaha Millennium Trail and Inchcailloch
As it is departure day we will finish with a walk along the Millennium Trail followed by a short boat journey to Inchcailloch island where we explore its ancient history of local clans.

Price £545 per person
Included: Four nights dinner, bed & breakfast, picnic lunches, guided walks, transport where necessary on the walks.

A lot of behind-the-scenes stuff goes into making our events what they are. We spend time meeting the locals, studying the sights and history of the areas, walking the routes and getting to know the accommodation to make your trip as enjoyable as possible.
